PC Group adds new Chief Growth Officer to Leadership team

All of the brands within PC Group have been on a massive growth journey over the past 5 years. To ensure we can continue to hit our ambitious growth targets, PC Group recruited Jamie Ayre as Chief Growth Officer.

Jamie has been known to the business for many years, having previously worked with PC Group’s Managing Director, Jack Mellor, at commercial software firm, AdaCore. When Jack realised Jamie was searching for a new role, he was determined to acquire his skill set for the newly launched PC Group.

Commenting on the posting, Jack said:

“I’m really excited to be working with Jamie once again. I had the opportunity to work with him for several years at AdaCore and his knowledge and expertise are going to be integral to the success of PC Group in the future. This appointment means that we now have a dedicated member of the leadership team focused on keeping all our brands growing as they should be.”

Jamie brings a wealth of commercial experience to PC Group, having spent over 14 years as a Marketing Director and 8 years as a Commercial Director. This experience will be fundamental in PC Group’s continuing growth journey.

Jamie’s role serves to bridge the gap between each department to ensure every team is working towards the same goals and hitting their growth targets. His position means he can provide high-level cross-departmental insights to the senior leadership team, giving them the data they need to make informed decisions.

Jamie’s appointment as CGO is the latest role to be filled following PC Group’s recent recruitment push, ahead of the most exciting period in the company’s history.
