Certified B Corporation

What it means to be Certified B Corp.

B Corp Certification signifies that PC Group upholds high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency, encompassing areas such as employee benefits, charitable contributions, supply chain practices, and input materials. To achieve this certification, we must:

Demonstrate High Social and Environmental Performance: Obtain a B Impact Assessment score of 80 or above and pass a risk review. Multinational corporations must also meet baseline requirement standards.

Make a Legal Commitment: Alter their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders, and achieve benefit corporation status where available.

Exhibit Transparency: Publicly share their performance data against B Lab’s standards on their B Corp profile on B Lab’s website.

As trailblazers in economic systems change, B Corps enjoy significant advantages. They cultivate trust with consumers, communities, and suppliers; attract and retain employees; and draw mission-aligned investors. Undergoing the verification process every three years ensures they focus on continuous improvement, fostering long-term resilience.

B Corp Certification is holistic, addressing a wide range of social and environmental issues. Achieving and maintaining certification is rigorous, engaging various teams and departments across the company.

Verification considers company size and profile, requiring documentation of business models, operations, structure, and work processes, alongside reviews of public complaints and potential site visits. Recertification ensures ongoing compliance with these standards.
